Animals

Only service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are permitted at Grand Garden Arena. Service animals must remain on a leash at all times unless performing a necessary task for their disabled handlers.

Assisted Listening Devices

Assistive Listening Devices are available at no charge at our main Guest Service Center directly through main entrance after security screening. Grand Garden Arena has been equipped with the most advanced assistive listening system (ALS). A driver’s license, credit card, or some form of identification will be required as a deposit.

Baby Changing Tables

The locations of restrooms that have baby changing tables are:

  • Men’s and women’s restrooms on the west side of the Main Concourse (by the First Aid Room) - need to update

Additionally, all Family Restrooms are also equipped.

Baby Bags / Bottles / Formula

Baby bags, plastic bottles, and formula are permitted into the building. Should the bag become an obstruction due to its size, guests may be asked to check the bag in to the Guest Service Center on the Main Concourse.

Backstage / Event Level

Guests who are seeking access backstage and/or to the event level may do so only with the proper credentials. Guests who are found to be in these locations without proper credentials will be subject to ejection and/or arrest.

Bag Policy

No bags or backpacks will be permitted into the venue except for small personal bags (measuring XXX max). Bags do not need to be transparent. Fanny packs/crossbody bags/clear stadium bags are permitted as long as they are within our size requirements (measuring XXX max). Straps on the bag are not part of the measurements and are admissible. Artist tours, promoters, and/or the building reserves the right to change this policy as needed.

Box Office

The Grand Garden Arena Box Office is located in The District at MGM Grand.

  • Ticket Will Call: Will Call tickets will be available for pick-up at the Box Office during regular business hours and at showtime on the day of the event. Tickets may only be picked up by the account holder whose name is on the account. A current, valid government-issued ID and the credit card used to purchase tickets are required for pick-up.

Cameras / Photography

Video recording devices, audio recording devices, GoPro cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted inside Grand Garden Arena at any time. Video recording on any device and/or flash photography is prohibited at all times. This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion.

Cancelled / Postponed Events

Child Admissions

For most events, children 36 months of age and under will not require a ticket for entry into Grand Garden Arena, however, they must occupy the seating area or lap of one (1) ticketed adult.

Please note, some events (family shows or those intended for children) will have a different child admissions policy and may require children under 24 months of age to have a ticket for entry.

Grand Garden Arena does not provide an area to check coats or personal belongings. Nor are we responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Code of Conduct

Grand Garden Arena is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable entertainment experience. Guests have a right to expect an environment where:

  • Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all venue personnel.
  • Guests will enjoy every event free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
  • Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
  • Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats or suites and show their tickets when requested.
  • Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects or attempting to enter the court/stage will be immediately ejected from the venue.
  • Guests are not permitted to smoke in the venue. Grand Garden Arena is a non-smoking venue. XXX
  • Guests will not display any obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing.
  • Guests will comply with requests from venue staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures.
  • Guests will also be responsible for their own good time by reporting inappropriate behavior.
  • Guests will be required to wear a shirt and shoes at all times for their own safety.  Grand Garden Arena management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items or signs displaying offensive text and/or images.
  • Guests will be able to communicate instantly, discreetly and directly with Grand Garden Arena's Security Command Center if assistance is needed in dealing with an unruly fan, a cleanup in their section or any issues and concerns that a guest may feel the need to report. The In Stadium Solutions (24/7) text system number is present throughout the venue for fans to access. 

The Arena staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard, guest services staff member or anonymously through our texting system. 

Guests who do not adhere to the above code of conduct will be subject to ejection without refund, and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.  Season ticket holders are also subject to having their season subscription revoked.

Dash Pass

Feel like a VIP when you arrive at Grand Garden Arena and purchase expedited entry. The Dash Pass gives you access to an exclusive entrance line so you won't have to wait to start your experience. Dash Pass expedited entry is located at the XXX of the arena.

Please note: Guests must purchase a show ticket to purchase a Grand Garden Arena Dash Pass. One (1) Grand Garden Arena Dash Pass allows one (1) guest expedited entry ONLY. Each guest in the party will need to purchase a Garden Garden Arena Dash Pass to access the dedicated entrance line.

Disturbances

Grand Garden Arena is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable entertainment experience for all our guests. We require all guests to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Guests using offensive language or engaging in disorderly conduct may be ejected from the facility and may be subject to arrest. Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.

The following are what guests can expect when visiting Grand Garden Arena:

  • Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all venue personnel
  • Guests will enjoy every event free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
  • Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner
  • Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats or suites and show their tickets when requested

The following behavior may result in a guests removal from the arena:

  • Guests who enter the playing area or stage will be immediately ejected from the venue
  • Guests who smoke in the venue. Grand Garden Arena is a non-smoking facility
  • Guests who use any obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing
  • Guests who do not comply with requests from venue staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures
  • Guests who stand on chairs, railings or put other guests on their backs or shoulders
  • Guests who are fighting or challenge others to a fight
  • Guests who “moon” or show other private body parts will be escorted out of the venue
  • Guests who violate any of Grand Garden Arena’s policies and procedures
  • Guests who violate any local, state or federal laws or statutes
  • Guests who ignite any display of flames, i.e. lighters, matches
  • Guests who attempt to enter any backstage areas without permission
  • Guests who throw, discharge, or launch any object or liquid substance
  • Guests who willfully and maliciously disturb another guest/employee with loud and unreasonable noise
  • Guests who use profanity and/or offensive words, which are likely to provoke a violent reaction from others
  • Guests who taunt or use offensive language against any players, referees, or performers
  • The Arena staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard, guest services staff member or anonymously through our texting system

Guests who choose not to adhere to the above code of conduct will be subject to ejection without refund, and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.

Door Opening

Door opening times for Grand Garden Arena events will vary by event. Generally, doors for concerts will open 60 minutes prior to an event.

Dress Code

All guests in attendance are required to wear a shirt, shoes at all times for their own safety. Grand Garden Arena management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images.

Drones

For the safety of our guests and visitors, the operation of drones, unmanned aircraft and remote-controlled aircraft at Grand Garden Arena is strictly prohibited without the advance written consent of management. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.

Drop Off Zones / Designated Pick Up Areas

  • ADA guests drop off is at East Suite Entrance. Guests must enter from Tropicana through the New York-New York parking garage. Pick up is available along New York-New York at the entrance to Toshiba Plaza. 
  • Buses and Shuttles must pre-arrange their pick up and drop off locations with T-Mobile Arena management before events. 
  • Partner Limousines and Black Car can drop off under the porte-cocheres on both the east and west side of the arena.
  • Taxis and Rideshare Services can drop off at East Suite Entrance. Pick up after events is located at New York-New York or Park MGM. 

Electronic Cigarettes

The use of electronic cigarettes (e-cigs) is not permitted in the arena at any time.

Emergencies / Evacuations

Grand Garden Arena continually works with the Las Vegas Fire Department, the Las Vegas Police Department, and other agencies in the development of specific Emergency Procedures Plans for each event. Grand Garden Arena's goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable atmosphere by using installed automated security systems and appropriate security operating plans. Trained Guest Services and Security personnel will ensure the security and safety of all guests, performers, employees and occupants of Grand Garden Arena. In the case of an emergency, guests must comply with directives from venue staff regarding arena operations and emergency response procedures.

First Aid

General Admission / GA Floor

The General Admission area, located on the floor of the arena, is standing room only as there are no seats. Guests wishing to arrive early are encouraged to line-up no earlier than 4 p.m. Doors will open at the same time for all guests. After entering the building, all guests with GA Floor tickets will receive a wristband to access the floor and will be directed to select aisles that have access to the floor.

Group Information / Reservations

Contact the Grand Garden Arena Box Office at 702.891.3151 for more information regarding group sales as they will change in accordance to each event. Please keep in mind that ticket limits may be in place.

Guest Services Centers

Grand Garden Arena has XX Guest Services Centers. The Main Guest Services Center is located on the Main Concourse behind section 13. Our second Guest Service Center is on the Upper Concourse by section 216.

These Guest Services Centers are intended to assist our guests in regards to event information, questions, concerns, or issues during Grand Garden Arena events. In addition, the Guest Services Centers serve to assist guests with disabilities with any inquiries or accessibility information for each event. Impaired Guests

Grand Garden Arena reserves the right to deny entry to visibly impaired guests. Any impaired guest causing a disturbance during an event will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.

International Ticket Policy

Internet / Wi-Fi

Free Internet/Wi-Fi access is available to all guests at Grand Garden Arena events.

Loge Seats

For guests looking for a private experience, look no further than the arena loge boxes. These deluxe seats will range in size to comfortably fit four-to-six guests and will be perfectly situated in one end of the lower level at the opposite end of the stage for viewing concerts. Loge Box owners will receive tickets to all public events at Grand Garden Arena while enjoying in-seating perks such as drink service, XXXXX. 

Laptop Computers / Tablets

Laptops or any type of personal computers, and tablets (i.e. iPads, TouchPads, etc.) will not be permitted inside Grand Garden Arena.

Lost Children / Guests

Lost children/guests should be directed to any one of our Guest Services Centers, located XXX. Parents looking for a lost child should contact the nearest Usher or Security Officer. For safety reasons Grand Garden Arena is unable to make in-arena announcements for lost children or guests.

Lost & Found

All Lost & Found items are to be turned into the Main Guest Service Center on the Main Concourse as soon as possible. Any guest looking for a Lost & Found item during the event should be directed to that location.

Grand Garden Arena assumes no responsibility for lost items at any event.

Lost / Stolen Tickets

For lost tickets, guests must contact their point of purchase. For stolen tickets, guests should contact local law enforcement first, then their point of purchase.​ 

Masks

For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, masks not intended for health and safety purposes may not be worn while in attendance of any Grand Garden Arena events.

Grand Garden Arena does not process meet and greet requests. Please contact the individual artist or team through their website.

Radios

Small handheld radios that are no larger than 6" x 6", and do not distract other guests, are permitted inside Grand Garden Arena. The use of headphones is required. However, 2-way radios will not be permitted.

Re-entry

Recording Devices

Guests may not bring audio or video recording devices into Grand Garden Arena. These devices include, but are not limited to, video cameras/camcorders and audio recording devices. Any equipment not conforming to these rules must be removed from the premises or left with the Guest Services Center during the event.

Restrooms

Both regular Restrooms and Family Restrooms can be found on XXX. All restrooms in the venue are ADA Accessible.

Seat Size

Seats at Grand Garden Arena vary in size. Seats will be between approximately 18” to 22” in width.

Security Command Center

Our Security Command Center is open 24-hours a day and can be reached at 702-XXX-XXXX.

Security Screening

For safety purposes, all guests entering Grand Garden Arena will be searched and have their belongings scanned. Grand Garden Arena reserves the right to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the event or other guests, or which are in breach of building policies and/or prohibited items. Any guest who declines to be searched may be denied entry or ejected from Grand Garden Arena.

Standing Policy

Guests are allowed to stand during an event, provided that they are only occupying the area in front of their ticketed seat. Standing in aisles, and on chairs is strictly prohibited.

Standing Room Only Tickets

Some events will permit the sale of Standing Room Only tickets. These tickets include but are not limited to General Admission Floor. These tickets do not include a seat; therefore, guests will be required to stand in the vicinity allowed depending on the ticket purchased.

Taxi Service / Car Service

Grand Garden Arena’s Box Office does not manage tickets for guests who purchased through a third party vendor.

Ticket Resale

To avoid disputes with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets, guests should make all ticketing purchases through authorized outlets only. Authorized outlets include www.grandgardenarena.com, Grand Garden Arena Box Office, www.axs.com, AXS Charge by Phone, and MGM Resorts International Ticket Offices or Concierge Locations. Grand Garden Arena will not be responsible for validating tickets that were not purchased through an authorized outlet.

Weapons

Guests, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the arena. Grand Garden Arena does not provide weapon lockers and will not check in weapons at Guest Services. Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, etc. Guests found in possession of the above-mentioned items will be asked to remove the item from the arena or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from the arena and may be subject to arrest.

Will Call

Grand Garden Arena utilizes mobile delivery of tickets. Will Call services may be available for select events. Tickets arranged for Will Call may only be picked up by the account holder whose name is on the account. A current, valid government-issued ID and credit card used to purchase tickets are required for pick-up.

  • Lost or Stolen Tickets: If tickets are lost or stolen, tickets can be reprinted under the following guidelines: Original purchaser must show a valid photo ID and credit card used to purchase at the venue box office and pay reprint fee. No reprints can be made on cash purchases.
